\ TO WEST \
Summer is winding down and August is ending, as is the three-month run of Wednesday night showcases staged this summer by the BackTrack horn band at Cadillac Lounge in Parkdale.
The free 7 p.m. shows in the club at 1296 Queen St. West (a little bit west of Dufferin) feature the horns-rich Motown/R&B outfit that also includes guitarist Marty Zatzman.
The shows also include an opening act, which for tonight’s finale is a group called Thumb Muscle.
