Although Country Rock turned Jazz/Rock singer and songwriter Valerie Shearman is still involved with putting on the Superstarz talent competitions and planning another show soon  (I hear via the grapevine, since she hasn’t been sending out any promo about it that I’ve seen) this doesn’t mean she’s stopped doing her own gigs.

Although her group only performs sporadically and usually I hear about her shows from third parties, I was glad to learn she’s got a show doing Rock/Pop stuff tonight at Scarborough party bar Kornerstones. Hopefully by now she’ll have the tunes memorized so can forego her music stand and be able to concentrate on sharing the charismatic stage energy she has in abundance with a crowd that likes to dance.
